Great value for money and location! The hotel was a great place to stay during our city trip. We loved the fact that the hotel was in a quiet neighborhood, yet very accessible to the main highway that led to the city and other nearby attractions. We also appreciated the complimentary breakfast and towels. The pool was amazing and made our stay even more enjoyable.

Some room and noise issues However, we did experience some issues during our stay. The room we were assigned had some furniture that needed fixing and it made the room look unkempt. We were also disturbed by the noise that could be heard from adjacent rooms and overhead, which was quite annoying during the early morning hours. Aside from these issues, we had a great stay overall.

I had a great time at this hotel! The cleanliness was impressive, with well-maintained grounds and very clean rooms. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a comfortable and plush bed that made for a great night's sleep. The location was also wonderful, with a lazy river and lots of restaurants nearby. The staff were always accommodating and welcoming, which made for a great experience overall.

It was all superb.

This hotel is located just a stone's throw away from Sea World, making it a perfect location for family trips. The rooms were well-maintained, and the service we received was top-notch. The breakfast was delicious too, and it was a great way to start the day. The view was also breathtaking, and we loved watching the sunset from our balcony. The leisure facilities made our stay even more enjoyable, especially the swimming pool and gym. As long-term business travelers, we appreciated the free Wi-Fi and business center the most.

Some of the amenities were not up to par.

Great vacation. The pools were amazing, and my family had a blast swimming all day. We also enjoyed the hot tub and the poolside bar. The location was perfect, with several family-friendly attractions nearby. Plus, the kids enjoyed the arcade and the playground. Another advantage was the complimentary breakfast, which was delicious and had plenty of options. it was a great Easter getaway.

Unfortunately, one of the indoor pools was closed during our stay, which was a bummer. Also, some of the furniture in our room could have been more comfortable, but it didn't affect our overall stay.

Had an excellent stay as our vacation, everything was great. We loved the room with our older children, the bed was exceptionally comfortable.

Perfect place for a Christmas getaway. Staff was friendly and helpful. We loved the complementary cookies and hot chocolate bar, and the location was picturesque.

The sound-proofing in the rooms was poor, and we heard a lot of noise from other guests. The additional fees for on-site dining were quite high, and there were not many other options nearby.

Remote location, very nice stay!

Lots of goodies for breakfast. Updated room with a kitchen and cheerful staff.

The breakfast had lots of good food and drinks. This hotel was situated in the remote position.

An upscale hotel in San Antonio with amicable staff like a manager. Remote location so close to everything in SA. So close to the grand kids LOVE the pools.

The location was comfy for traveling around San Antonio, short walk to restaurants and the hill country.

Clean rooms, nice grounds.

Did not appreciate the harassment to get out of the room by 10:00 am.
